Transferring Deposits
If you have reservations with deposits for a ride and cannot attend, we will transfer “roll” your deposit for one time only. If you can’t attend the ride for the next year you forfeit your money.

Cancellations
To receive a refund of your deposits, you must mail a written request specifying the cancel date for a refund 10 days prior to the opening date for the ride.

Deadline
For reservations, cancellations, transfers and refunds: To receive a deposit refund, you must cancel within 10 days prior to the opening date for each ride. No exceptions.
